1 medium size avocado
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 bagel, halved
chopped spring onion
chopped chives, basil or corriander leaves
tomato salsa
ground pepper

Roughly mash with a fork the avocado with the lemon juice, serve on each the bagel half without butter. Top with a sprinkling of the chopped herb leaves, spring onion and tomato
salsa... ENJOY!
