1 ABE'S Cinnamon Raisin Bagel
2T Cream Cheese
1/4 C Chopped Walnuts
1/4C Brown Sugar
1 apple
2T sugar
1/2C water
Apple syrup
Mix sugar and water, slice and add apple, simmer in a saucepan for 3-5 mins till apple just begins to soften. Drain well. Mix chopped nuts, cream cheese, and brown sugar. Slice in half and toast bagel. Spread both halves with cream cheese mixture then cover with apple mix and drizzle with apple syrup. Grill until apple is golden and syrup starts to caramelise and bubble. Serve with a dollop of cream sprinkled with cinnamon for a really delicious brunch.
