Serves 1

1 Cinnamon Raisin ABE’S Real Bagel
1 pear, peeled and sliced
1-2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt and pepper
75g halloumi cheese
1 Tbs tamarillo chutney

1. Brush pear slices with balsamic and a little olive oil and roast in a hot oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Remove to cool.
2. Slit bagel in half and toast. Pan fry slices of halloumi in olive oil until golden brown.
3. Layer cheese onto bagel and top with roast pear. Serve with tamarillo chutney.
