Grill 2 or 3 chorizo sausages for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
Split and toast your bagels and spread hot English mustard on one side and Tabasco sauce on the other.  Cut the chorizo lengthways and layer in the bagels with freshly halved cherry tomatoes, ground black pepper and rocket lettuce.  Serve with sour cream.
