Serves 11 Parmesan ABE’S Real Bagel
2 Tbs sun-dried tomato pesto
gruyere cheese, finely sliced
6 strips pancetta
fresh herbs to garnish
1 Split bagel in half and spread each half with sun-dried tomato pesto.
2 Top with gruyere cheese and pancetta and place under a hot grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
3 Garnish with fresh herbs.
