6 Poppy Seed ABE’S ® Real Bagels
12 eggs, scrambled with cream and grated cheese
sliced ham off the bone
aioli (garlic mayonnaise)
finely chopped chives

1.Split and toast bagels, spread with aioli
2.Top with ham then scrambled eggs
3.Garnish with chives
4.Serve with bubbles!
