Serves 1

1 Sesame Seed ABE’S Real Bagel
2 Tbs peanut satay sauce
1 small lamb steak, barbecued
mesclun leaves
1 small tomato, sliced
your favourite salad dressing

1. Split fresh bagel and lightly barbecue.
2. Spread bottom half with peanut satay sauce. Top with hot barbecued lamb, tomato slices, a few mesclun leaves and a drizzle of dressing.
3. Place other half of bagel on top.
