Serves 2

2 Parmesan ABE’S® Real Bagels, butter for spreading
4 eggs, scrambled with milk, salt and pepper
4 bacon rashers, grilled until crispy
2 tomatoes, sliced in half, topped with cracked pepper and grilled

1.Split and toast both bagels, butter while still warm
2.Top with scrambled eggs and bacon rashers, place tomatoes on plate
3.Serve with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and the Sunday paper!
