Serves 8
¼ cup cream cheese
2 Tbs Thai sweet chilli sauce
8 BABY bagels, split in half
fresh mango, thinly sliced
16 prawns, shells removed
garlic infused olive oil
1 Mix cream cheese with sweet chilli sauce – spread on lightly toasted bagels halves.
2 Arrange a couple of slices of mango on each half. Lightly pan-fry prawns in garlic infused oil. Place a prawn on each bagel half.
3 Garnish with coriander or parsley.
