12 ABE’S® BABY™ Bagels
300g fresh Tuna loin
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp sesame oil
2 tsp fresh lime juice
fresh coriander, 1 T chopped
pinch Maldon sea salt, freshly ground black pepper
aoili (garlic mayonnaise)
butter crunch lettuce


1.Mix together olive oil, sesame oil, lime juice, coriander, salt and pepper to taste
2.Marinate tuna in this for 2-3 minutes
3.Split BABY™ bagels, spread both halves with aioli, arrange lettuce
4.Sear or barbecue tuna for 2 minutes each side, slice thinly
5.Place tuna on top of lettuce, with extra dollop of aioli and dill for garnish
