This has been a big hit with my friends at dinner parties.

Top a halved plain or cinnamon ABE'S® Real Bagel with:

Ricotta cheese
Fresh figs cut into slices
Drizzled with runny honey
Served on a plate with a wedge of hard cheese and a couple of grapes (And lots of wine!)
