Quantities to suit number you are catering for
Marinate the chicken in the honey soy sauce (or a sauce of your choice) pan fry or grill until ready then slice up.  Cut open the bagel, toast it, and then spread on a layer of cream cheese to one half of the bagel and pesto to the other.  Place the sliced chicken on top of the cream cheese and put the two sides of bagel together. Enjoy.
