1 Poppy Seed ABE’S Real Bagel
baby lettuce or baby spinach leaves
canned water chestnuts, drained and sliced
finely grated fresh beetroot
shredded Asian BBQ duck
1 Split bagel in three layers.
2 Arrange a few leaves and the grated beetroot on the first layer. Then a few more leaves, the water chestnuts and duck on the second layer.
3 Top with the lid of the bagel.
