2 cups cooked chick peas (or 2 x 300g cans)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp water
ΒΌ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
plain yogurt to thin if desired
rock salt to taste
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
