Drain a 300g can of beetroot. Place the beetroot along with 1/2 cup of plain, thick, Greek style yoghurt, and a crushed clove of garlic or two in the bowl of a food processor. Process until combined into a creamy dip. Season well with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with ABE’S Bagel Crisps to dip.
